MEET MIKE BELL

Mike Bell is a life-long resident of Santa Clara County. Reared in Sunnyvale, he attended Fremont High School and De Anza College, then the University of California Santa Cruz before settling in Santa Clara in 1978.  

A dedicated family man, Mike is devoted to his wife and best friend, Sandi, an independent real estate appraiser, and daughter Malia, a student at Biola University in Southern California.  The Bells enjoy participating in community volunteer organizations, contributing to their favorite local Christian churches and charities, are avid baseball fans, and also enjoy playing golf and traveling.

Music has always been one of Mike’s special passions.  He and Sandi are both talented musicians and can frequently be found performing in local churches or with a number of popular local bands. 

Mike Bell is the Broker/Owner of REALTY WORLD – MBA in Santa Clara, California. He has been a Realtor® and Loan Consultant for the past 15 years.  His memberships and designations include:

Mike’s stated purpose is “to help people make educated real estate decisions in order to improve their position and increase their personal wealth.”  Mike considers himself more a counselor than a salesperson: “Understanding specific issues and providing reliable information is foremost. Bringing buyers and sellers together to their mutual benefit is the common goal, and the most rewarding part of my job.”

The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Every CRS Designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology and marketing. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.
 gri 2GRI, which stands for Graduate REALTOR® Institute, is considered the nation's number one real estate designation. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge .
 SRES  3Seniors Real Estate Specialists are REALTORS® quailified to meet the special needs of maturing Americans. A national program since 1998, the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) offers a specific designation, SRES®, to idntify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites.
