Our association with Mike began with the receipt of a letter.  We now live in Texas, and have lost touch wtit the Bay Area and its real estate market.  This letter prompted us to inquire about the value of (our) property in Santa Clara.

We have never met Mike.  Our communications with him were strictly by phone, e-mail or fax . . . he set to work by having the garden and premises cleaned, having the utilities turned on . . .  presenting the premises for sale . . . and making necessary repairs on his own accord.  Estimates were sent for approval, and before and after photographs were submitted.

Once the property was put on the market, Mike skillfully negotiated a deal which was significantly higher than the asking price.
